Helen is an employment law specialist with over 15 years’ experience advising exclusively in this area.

She supports both individuals and SMEs across the full spectrum of employment law, combining technical expertise with a practical and commercially aware approach. 


Helen recognises that employment issues often arise at challenging and sensitive times for clients. She is committed to providing clear, pragmatic advice in a calm and supportive manner, ensuring clients feel informed and reassured throughout the process. Her aim is not only to provide robust legal advice, but also to help clients reach practical and -lasting solutions. 


Helen has developed strong, long-standing relationships with many of her SME clients, several of whom she has advised throughout her career. She regularly advises businesses on the full range of employment matters, including redundancies, sickness absence management and managed exits. 


Helen also has a particular interest in issues relating to neurodiversity in the workplace. She has experience advising both employers and individuals on disputes and claims arising in this area, including both bringing and defending such claims. 


Outside of work, Helen is kept busy with her young family.
